Birth Report

Reporting the birth of a child of a foreign national holding a residence permit to the Immigration Office. The deadline for reporting a birth is 60 days from the date of birth.

Citizenship

Application for SKIM (Immigration Certificate), return of dokim (immigration documents) for foreign nationals who have become Indonesian citizens, and citizenship transfer.

Limited Stay Permit (ITAS)

Permission granted to foreigners or foreign citizens (WNA) to live and be in the territory of Indonesia for a limited period.

Transfer of Position

Changes in job title from what is stated in the RPTKA (Foreign Worker Utilization Plan) document when applying for the first ITAS.

Dual Position

additional job titles from those listed in the RPTKA (Foreign Worker Utilization Plan) document when applying for the first ITAS.

Proof of Fund Reporting

Reporting official documents such as bank statements for the last 3-6 months, bank letters, or pay slips to prove sufficient financial capability during your stay in Indonesia, which is one of the requirements for applying for a visa or residence permit.

Exit Permit

An immigration document given to foreigners holding a residence permit to leave Indonesia and not return.

Permanent Residence Permit (ITAP)

A special permit granted to certain foreign nationals (WNA) to reside as Indonesian residents for a period of 5 years or more, which can be extended. Every 5 years, they must report to the Immigration Office according to their residence permit.

Children with Dual Citizenship

Applications for children who have dual citizenship are limited, namely until the age of 18 or before that if the child is married.

Visit Residence Permit (ITK)

permission for foreigners to stay temporarily in Indonesia (generally 30-60 days, extendable up to 180 days) issued based on a visit visa, Visa on Arrival (VOA), or visa-free.

Change of ITAS Status to ITAP

Changes in immigration status for foreign nationals who have lived in Indonesia (minimum 3 consecutive years for workers/investors) submitted a maximum of 30 days before the ITAS expires, in accordance with the regulations

Death Report

Deaths of foreign nationals holding residence permits must be reported to the Immigration Office. The deadline for reporting deaths is 60 days from the date of death.

Change of ITK Status to ITAS

Changes in immigration status for foreign nationals in Indonesia who wish to stay longer for the purpose of (working, investing, family reunification, and studying) with a maximum application of 30 working days before the ITK ends, in accordance with the regulations

Reporting of name changes or passport replacements for foreign nationals holding residence permits.

MERP

Permit issued by local immigration for KITAS holders for travel permits to leave and re-enter Indonesia.

Address Change

Reporting of changes in residential address for foreign nationals holding residence permits.
