Held for the First Time, 'PASPOR SULTAN' Brings Passport Services to Mampang Prapatan District

South Jakarta — The Class I Special Non-TPI Immigration Office of South Jakarta has officially launched the "PASPOR SULTAN" program (Passport Services in South Jakarta Districts) at the Mampang Prapatan District Office, running from October 14–16, 2026. This initiative aims to bring passport services closer to the public, eliminating the need for applicants to visit the immigration office in person.
The PASPOR SULTAN program offers a quota of 40 applications—processed via the M-Paspor mobile app—for new passport issuance and the replacement of electronic passports. Please note that this service does not cover replacements for damaged or lost passports, nor does it include updates to personal data.
This inaugural event marks the beginning of the PASPOR SULTAN program, which will rotate through various districts across South Jakarta over three-day periods. Stay tuned for the arrival of PASPOR SULTAN in other districts! Through this innovation, the South Jakarta Immigration Office strives to expand access to immigration services, making them more convenient, practical, and aligned with the needs of the community.
