PASPOR SULTAN (Passport Services in South Jakarta Subdistricts) – An Innovation by the South Jakarta Immigration Office to Bring Services Closer to the Public

South Jakarta — The Class I Special Non-TPI Immigration Office of South Jakarta has introduced "PASPOR SULTAN" (Passport Services in South Jakarta Districts)—an initiative that brings passport services directly to various districts across South Jakarta, making immigration services more accessible to the public.
This service will be available on a rotating basis, spanning three days in each district, with a quota of 40 applications per location, processed via the M-Paspor application. PASPOR SULTAN facilitates applications for new passports as well as the replacement of existing electronic passports.
Please note that this service does not cover passport replacements due to damage, loss, or changes in personal data. Applicants are advised to ensure that their specific request aligns with the program's guidelines before registering.
The inaugural session of PASPOR SULTAN will take place from October 14–16, 2026, at the Mampang Prapatan District Office. Through this innovation, the South Jakarta Immigration Office aims to provide services that are more accessible, practical, and responsive to the needs of the community.
