The South Jakarta Class I Immigration Office for Non-TPI Visitors Launches "Si Sultan Sharing" to Accelerate Digital Transformation of Immigration Information
11 December 2025

The South Jakarta Class I Immigration Office for Non-TPI Immigration Office has introduced a new breakthrough in delivering immigration information through the innovation of Si Sultan Sharing, or South Jakarta Immigration Information Sharing. This program was created in response to public demands for faster, more accessible, concise, and integrated service information, in line with increasing expectations for transparent and responsive public services.

Through Si Sultan Sharing, the South Jakarta Class I Immigration Office for Non-TPI Immigration has established a strategic collaboration with the South Jakarta City Administration's Investment Management and One-Stop Integrated Services Unit (UP PMPTSP), led by Mrs. Indarini Ekaningtiyas. This collaboration utilizes a media network across all PMPTSP service areas at the city, sub-district, and village levels.

This initiative allows for broader dissemination of immigration information through digital signage and television service. Each informational video also includes a QR code that directs the public to a link tree containing all official information services at the South Jakarta Immigration Office.

The Head of the South Jakarta Class I Special Non-TPI Immigration Office, Bugie Kurniawan, stated that this innovation demonstrates the South Jakarta Immigration Office's commitment to providing modern, adaptive public services that align with the PRIMA Core Values (Professional, Responsive, Innovative, Serving, and Accountable).

He emphasized that Si Sultan Sharing is a direct implementation of the Daily Order of the Minister of Immigration and Corrections, Drs. Agus Andrianto, S.H., M.H., namely:

  • Improving the quality of public services,
  • Achieving information transparency,
  • Strengthening a culture of performance,
  • And providing immigration services that directly impact the community.

Through Si Sultan Sharing, the public can now obtain information regarding passport and residence permit services more easily, concisely, and conveniently, close to their daily activities. Utilizing the UP PMPTSP's electronic facilities also makes the information dissemination process more efficient and saves money without compromising the quality of public education.

Going forward, Si Sultan Sharing is expected to drive the image of the South Jakarta Immigration Office as a proactive, open, and community-oriented institution. Improved information transparency is expected to increase public trust and serve as a tangible manifestation of the transformation of immigration services into an integrated and modern era.
