The South Jakarta Class 1 Immigration Office for Non-TPI Immigration Encourages Digital Transformation of Immigration, Targeting 169.81 Percent of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) Revenue in 2025

JAKARTA – December 10, 2025 — The South Jakarta Class I Special Non-TPI Immigration Office continues to reinforce its commitment to implementing digital immigration transformation to provide modern, transparent, and excellent public service. This commitment is realized through strengthening digital systems, improving service innovations, and achieving performance that exceeds national targets.

Throughout the 2025 Fiscal Year, the South Jakarta Class I Special Non-TPI Immigration Office successfully collected Rp224,706,745,336 in Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP), or 169.81 percent of the 2025 PNBP target of Rp132,330,900,000. This achievement reflects the effectiveness of the digital transformation of immigration services and increased public trust.

Digital Innovation and Transformation of Services:

To support information technology-based services, the South Jakarta Immigration Office has introduced and developed a number of leading digital innovations, including:

  1. SI SULTAN SHARING, as a means of disseminating immigration information integrated with the UP PMPTSP of the South Jakarta City Administration; 
  2. SIMPLE (South Jakarta Immigration Stay Permit Lounge) at the South Jakarta Public Service Mall (MPP), which simplifies stay permit services, especially for investors and Golden Visa holders; 
  3. The SULTAN PRIMA application, as an integrated data-based internal performance support system; 
  4. WASPADA (Web Application for the Digital Map System for Foreigners), a real-time digital mapping application for foreigners to strengthen data-based supervision; 
  5. Dual Monitor Service, an innovation that enhances transparency in the data input and verification process for passport and stay permit services; and 
  6. Immigration Lounge Kebayoran Park Mall, an immigration service unit in a shopping center inaugurated by the Minister of Immigration and Corrections of the Republic of Indonesia, to bring services closer to the public in a more convenient and accessible manner.

Immigration Service Achievements in 2025

 Throughout 2025, the South Jakarta Immigration Office recorded several service achievements, including:

  1. Issuance of 151,014 Indonesian passports, consisting of electronic passports and polycarbonate passports;
  2. Eazy Passport services, with 23 activities, with a total of 2,408 applicants, as part of its outreach services to the public and agencies.

For foreign citizen residence permit services, the following was recorded:

  • A total of 79,996 residence permits were issued; 
  • A total of 23,431 residence permit extensions.

The breakdown is as follows:

  • ITK: 68,087 issuances, 8,040 extensions;
  •  ITAS: 9,899 issuances, 15,124 extensions;
  •  ITAP: 10 issuances, 307 extensions. 

In addition, there were:

  • 247 Affidavit applications
  • 4,394 Exit Permit Only (EPO) applications, and 
  • 2,142 Non-Return ERP applications. 

The five nationalities with the highest number of residence permits issued were China, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, and India, with the largest concentration of foreign nationals in the areas of Kebayoran Baru, Setiabudi, Tebet, Kebayoran Lama, and Cilandak.

Immigration Law Enforcement and Supervision

In the area of ​​supervision and enforcement, throughout 2025, the South Jakarta Immigration Office carried out:

  • 129 immigration supervision activities; 
  • 166 administrative immigration actions; 
  • 11 pro justitia actions; and • 166 deportations of foreign nationals.

Furthermore, through joint operations to monitor foreigners in several strategic locations, officers successfully apprehended 35 foreign nationals found guilty of violating their visas, with the most common violations being activities not in accordance with their stay permits, disturbing public order, overstaying, and other administrative violations. All law enforcement results were publicly announced through press conferences as a form of transparency to the public.

The Head of the Class I Immigration Office for Non-TPI South Jakarta, Bugie Kurniawan, stated that the digital transformation being implemented aligns with the President of the Republic of Indonesia's Asta Cita (Asta Cita), which is implemented through the Immigration Panca Carana Laksya (Five Principles of Immigration).
